Joe served as a Supervisory Realty Specialist with the BLM, overseeing complex right-of-way projects across southern Nevada. His leadership guided dozens of infrastructure applications to approval, with deep experience in NEPA coordination, interagency review, and public land permitting strategy.
Dan served as a Realty Specialist with the BLM, where he managed a broad portfolio of infrastructure and land use projects. He led the Master Agreement for InterConnect Towers, granting dozens of communication use leases, and supported projects ranging from distribution lines and access roads.

Mike Ford brings over 50 years of experience in federal public land management, including leadership roles at the highest levels of the Bureau of Land Management and Capitol Hill. As an advisor to Landica, he provides unmatched insight into land policy, planning, and execution across the American West.
Mike began his 25-year BLM career in Las Vegas in 1974 and went on to serve in staff and management positions throughout Arizona, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Wyoming, and Washington, DC. In 1990, he was appointed Director of BLM’s National Land and Realty Program, where he led policy on land disposal and land use authorizations nationwide. During that time, he also completed a two-year Congressional Fellowship, serving as a Legislative Assistant to U.S. Senator Pete Domenici (R-NM), focused on public land and environmental policy.
Following his retirement from federal service in 1999, Mike co-founded Abbey, Stubbs & Ford Public Land Consulting and returned to Las Vegas, where he continues to advise municipalities, utilities, counties, and developers on land management strategies that balance economic growth with conservation.
Ken MacDonald brings over 25 years of experience in environmental permitting and regulatory compliance for complex infrastructure and renewable energy projects across the western United States. As an advisor to Landica, he offers deep expertise in navigating environmental review processes with precision and pragmatism.
Ken has led environmental strategy for nationally significant efforts, including the Hoover Dam Bypass, the Grand Canyon Colorado River Management Plan, and the Horizon Lateral. He has served as principal-in-charge or project manager for NEPA compliance, construction monitoring, and permitting across more than 50 square miles of renewable energy development. His work spans National Environmental Policy Act documentation, Endangered Species Act consultation, and Clean Water Act Section 404 permitting.
A respected leader in his field, Ken regularly teaches environmental permitting workshops and has presented at American Public Works Association conferences. He holds an MBA and a BS in Biological Sciences from California State University, Stanislaus. A past Chair and current Board Member of the Desert Tortoise Council, he also supports youth environmental education through the Green Our Planet school garden program and other local initiatives.
